The birth and development of any industry are inseparable from scientific and technological progress. This is also the promotion of the industry generated by the continuously expanding market demand, prompting relevant personnel to continuously update and iterate products. In the processing industry, this requirement is even greater. For example, the processing of sampling cups has also moved from traditional craftsmanship to more advanced technological processing. So what are its characteristics? What should we pay attention to when using it?

Sampling refers to the process of extracting individuals or samples from a population into a sampling cup, which is the process of experimenting or observing the population. There are two types: random sampling and non-random sampling. The former refers to a sampling method that extracts samples from the population according to random principles without any subjectivity, including simple random sampling, systematic sampling, cluster sampling, and stratified sampling in the sampling cup. The latter is a method of extracting samples based on the researcher's views, experience, or relevant knowledge, which has obvious subjectivity. See "random sampling", "non-random sampling".

24-hour urine test cannot be checked on the same day as other items. During urine retention, you need to eat and drink normally, and you should not overeat or drink excessively to avoid affecting the total 24-hour urine volume. Any clean container can be used to collect urine, but it must be cleaned. You cannot just take a bottle and leave the urine, nor should you leave soap or other cleaning agents, as this will affect the test results.

Creatinine rate: Take all 24-hour urine, the specific sampling method is the same as the 24-hour urine protein quantification. Blood creatinine is drawn on the day of the urine test on an empty stomach. Urine white blood cell classification, urine protein molecular weight determination, urine microalbumin/creatinine: Randomly collect 10 ml of clean midstream urine with a sampling cup, morning urine or non-morning urine can be used. Renal tubule three items, urine β2-microglobulin: Leave 10 ml of clean midstream urine, generally not morning urine is required. 12-hour water restriction urine osmolality: Fasting and drinking water after 8 pm the night before specimen collection, normal urination is possible, at 8 am the next day, urinate with a sampling cup (i.e., after 12 hours of water restriction), continue water restriction, and leave 10 ml of urine for examination. Do not eat or drink before collecting the specimen. Midstream urine culture, you will need a sterile container. After cleaning the vulva or urethral opening, take a clean morning urine (morning urine). Antibiotic use should be stopped for at least 3 days before collecting urine with a sampling cup.
